The Founder Role

This guide is meant to show you what you’ve got to do to bring a glorious Switchboard into this world.

As a founder you are responsible for starting, promoting, and managing your Switchboard. You will:

• Assemble a Switchboard team of stakeholders (at least 5 stakeholders)

• Seed the Switchboard with 20 high quality posts 

• Engage posts by commenting 

• Promote the Switchboard and individual posts online (Twitter, Facebook, mailing list) and through word of mouth
