Engaging Your Switchboard

Let your Community Know that someone is listening 

We expect to see founders actively engage with their community on Switchboard for two reasons:

1. Switchboard is a place where people go to find what they need.  

2. Switchboard is a place that encourages generosity and opportunities for earnest stewardship. 

The two primary forms of engagement on Switchboard are commenting and sharing. We give every founder a goal of making sure there is a comment on every post. 

Below are some best practices for commenting on posts and sharing as a founder or moderator.
