About a week after you post an ask or offer we’ll send you an email and notification asking you to check-in.
Post check-ins are a great way of letting us know how your experience went. They also allow you to share the story of your success on the community’s feed of stories. You can thank the people who helped you. And you can give Switchboard feedback.
Here’s how that process works:
Step 1: You’ll be notified you need to check in under your notifications.
Step 2: If the interaction is positive, we’ll ask you for a bit more information on our check in form.
Step 3: You can thank and recognize members of your community who helped you with an @ ahead of their name.
Step 4: Provide our company with feedback, and, if you wish, close your post. When you close your post it will not longer accept comments.
